Seth has had the good fortune to travel most of the Middle East and quickly fell in love with its unique cultures, traditions and flavors. He believes that saffron, rose water, pistachios, pomegranates, barberries, mint, dill and tangy yogurt pretty much hold the world together and he wants to share the finest flavors of the Middle East with you and your guests.
